For chatbot customers, on the counselor side internet issues have always been difficult to tackle during the chats. To overcome this we have given a new popup which forcefully leads users to refresh the page. On refresh if the chat connection is interrupted due to internet connectivity or any other user behaviour such as screen lock , sleep mode then chat connection will get established again. So for seamless chat experience this is an important feature
This has been implemented at CRM side for the following cases
1. loss of internet 2. Change of internet 3. Screen lock 4. Sleep mode
