You can now track your counsellor's login and logout time and Lead admin can see the counselor working productivity on the next day through the report.

Why it Matters ?

Session Time Tracker is useful for keeping track of counselor's login and logout time. and also the time for which the counselor is active on the platform. Lead admin can see the counselor working productivity on the next day through the report.

How it Works ?

The Time tracker timer will be started from zero whenever a counselor opens the platform and logins for the first time on the day.

The timer will pause in following scenarios:

1. If the counselor switches to a different tab from the EE tab.

2. If the counselor closes the EE tab.

3. If the counselor minimizes the browser or shifts to some other window. 4. If the counselor logs out from the EE.

The timer will resume for the same day in following scenarios:

1. If counselors resume back on the EE tab.

2. If the counselor reopens the closed EE tab.

3. If the counselor re-logins to EE on the same day.

The Time Tracker will be reflecting on Top as shown below :
