Here’s what you can find in this ExtraaEdge Live Chat release:

Option to Enable/Disable Chat on User

Now chat for a user can be directly enabled and disabled from the settings panel.

Why it matters:

As all counsellors do not chat with the leads so now with this feature Admin's can :

  • Enable or Disable chat for particular counsellors via Settings

How it works:

  • On the settings panel, there will be an option to disable and enable the chat.

  • Please refer below Screenshot :

Chat can be enabled and disabled in bulk too. Also, there is a max limit to enabling chat for users.
