# Segmentation - Null Action Date

This feature / setting will help counsellor's analyse which are those leads where follow up is not added and there is Null (No Next Action Date ) defined and accordingly actions can be taken.

## **Why It Matters:** 

If any of the counsellor’s want to add segmentation rule on Lead where ‘Next Action Date’ is Null / Not Set, So that they can able to take action of that particular leads<br>

## **How it Works:**&#x20;

When Configuration set & Segmentation is added on the condition whose Next Action Date is Null then for those leads communications will receive.<br>
