In current implementation, unread message count is displayed in the lead action section of the online users tab and now you can see a count of online leads unread messages on the "Chat List" left navigation menu so users will never lose track of new messages.

How it works :

  • We have added a Count as shown below which shows the un-read chat count of individual Lead.

  • This will help the counselor to understand and rectify the un-read message count of the individual lead.
