# Chat List  - Unread Message Counter

In current implementation, **unread message count** is displayed in the lead action section of the online users tab and now you can see a count of online leads unread messages on the "Chat List" left navigation menu so users will never lose track of new messages.

### **How it works :** 

* We have added a Count as shown below which shows the un-read chat count of individual Lead. 
* This will help the counselor to understand and rectify the un-read message count of the individual lead.
