Other option text field

This change will help us add "Other" as a dropdown and student can specify it in a text field once OTHER is selected.

Why it matters:

In the application form, in any of the dropdown field if the student chooses Other as an option, a new text box will be shown below or on the side of the dropdown field. This is very important to give provision to specify what is the value when ‘Other’ Value is chosen by the student .
