Here’s what you can find in this ExtraaEdge Call feature release:
With this new feature, we are giving the user the ability to switch to IVR or Mobile App for calling purposes.
Why it matters:
Currently, As many of our users use both IVR and Mobile App for calling Leads and either one of them could be enabled at the same time with 'Click to call' option.
This feature will help them to connect via both IVR and Mobile App for calling so they can just switch to whatever option they want.
How it works:
On the lead list when you click on the Click to call icon a pop up will open Please refer the below screenshot-
When you select IVR and click on the call button the call will connect through IVR and when you select App and click on the call button the call will connect through the Mobile App.
Make as default - When you select an option and check the make as default checkbox from then onwards for every Click to call action that option will be by default selected.
