# Video call feature

With this feature now we have added one more click to action ‘Video call’**.** In current pandemic scenario counselors are working from home and physical.

 **Why it matters:**

* In this Covid situation, we are providing the ability to use video conferencing as a communication tool will replace the inherent need to physically travel & make sure the emotional connection & personalization are still maintained virtually.
* Counsellar's can send a send a video link via email or SMS and have a safe counselling.
