# Offer Letter Generation in Application Form

This will help to automatically send the provisional admission letter or Offer Letter to the student without any manual intervention

## **Why it matters:** 

In application form, there was a provision to send Application PDF after admission fees is paid by the student. But we have introduced Offer Letter Generation, Admit Card Generation, Induction Letter, etc. via Application Form itself. We can send this at any step in the application form.

## **How it works:** 

A new email template introduced for the offer letter, the generated offer letter to be sent as an attachment to the student in the email. 

On the counselor side, offer letters can be downloaded from counselor activity. On the Student side, an Offer letter will be sent on the Email Id of the Lead.<br>
