# Counsellor Alert Notification

With this new feature now we can now provide a notification bar on the CRM platform. If any notification needs to be given to the counsellor and Admin we can use this feature.

**Why it matters:**\

This will reduce the manual efforts of reminding or notifying important things to our customers. This can be customized at the domain level and counsellor level.

**How it works:**

      CS team needs to set this notification from English.json and Config.json
