While working on various leads at a time, it may be difficult for a counsellor to remember the conversation they had.With the help of this feature comments can be added and have a track on it later as well.
Why it matters:
In the Fees module now a comment field is added if the user wants to add any comment.
This will help them to maintain notes for the respective lead.
Once comments are updated you can track them later from the counsellor follow up button(Black Bubble)
How it works:
Click on Send Link for sending the payment link.
