Restrict Duplicate Emails
With this new feature, we can avoid email duplication. This means now the same email to the same lead will not be sent for ‘X’ amount of time.
Why it matters:
This Feature addresses the issue of sending the same emails multiple times to the same email Id. This will reduce the number of unwanted duplicate emails to the same email ID.
How it works:
Definition of Email duplication: If by mistaken same email is sent to the same Prospect from the same Counsellor / User within a particular time
This is time configurable. For example, if we restricting sending the same email for 30 mins then user can send the same email after 30 mins to the same lead.
To configure restricting time, User needs to reach their respective POC.
