# Counselor Notification- Chat Disabled for Counselor

### **Why It Matters:**

Currently ,When any of the Live chat users gets disabled for chat then on the front end there is no any facility to notify them, as they that user gets disabled for live chat. Now it will notify logged in live chat counsellor with a pop up model.

### **How it Works:**

When any of the Live chat users gets disabled on **Settings Panel** there will show a Pop Up Model to notify particular counselors.
