In current implementation, all the SMS/Email/WhatsApp templates are directly visible to all the counselors, With this feature we can restrict visibility of templates on individual counselor levels.
Whenever a new template is added a new dropdown to be shown to select visible to.
The dropdown will have a list of counsellors and an option of All Counsellors, similar to the save list option.
If the user selects All Counsellors the template will be visible globally.
This option needs to be added for all the templates: Email, SMS, WhatsApp
If a template is marked as not visible for a counsellor, the counsellor should not be able to see the template while:
Sending single/bulk SMS/Email/Whatsapp from all the places.
