# Lead to Application Journey

We have updated our CRM with the new feature to make the Lead to Application​ Journey more hassle-free.

### How it works?

* On the three-dot actions a new option is introduced, “Lead to Application Journey”.
* Once you click on ​it​, a pop-up appears. By clicking on Send Email/SMS to fill the application form​,​ the counselors can immediately send ​the link for the Form​.
* If the lead has already been registered then the prospect applicant can directly continue to fill​ in the ​form without registering again.
* This will help ​you to scale down the conversion time​ for an existing lead.
