We have updated our CRM with the new feature to make the Lead to Application Journey more hassle-free.
On the three-dot actions a new option is introduced, “Lead to Application Journey”.
Once you click on it, a pop-up appears. By clicking on Send Email/SMS to fill the application form, the counselors can immediately send the link for the Form.
If the lead has already been registered then the prospect applicant can directly continue to fill in the form without registering again.
This will help you to scale down the conversion time for an existing lead.
